What kind of honey do you use in your Vintage Distilling Honey Vodka?

We work with a local beekeeper co-op, and they blend the most similar blends of honey together which helps us maintain consistency in our Honey Vodka. We use a light amber honey, but you may still see some difference between the batches. The beauty of using all natural honey & not something artificially made!
